Has more than 25 years of experience in fund management. Started his career as Corporate Bond Quantitative Analyst at J.P.Morgan Investment Management Inc., NewYork, U.S.A. (1998-2000), Asian Macro/Equity Analyst at J.P. Morgan Fleming Asset Management Inc., Singapore (2000 -2002), Asian Macro Analyst/Trader at PMA Investment Advisor Ltd., Hong Kong (2002-2003), Fullerton Fund Management/Temasek Holdings, Singapore (2003-2013) with the latest position as Senior Portfolio Manager.
Earned BSc (Summa cum Laude) in Electrical Engineering, and M.Eng in Engineering Management from Cornell University, New York, U.S.A. Holds Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) certificate and Fund Manager License No. KEP-293/PM.21/PJ-WMI/2022 on 10 June 2022 officiated by OJK.
Hendra Wijaya Harahap
Indonesian citizen, 50 years old, domiciled in Jakarta. Served as Commissioner of PT Trimegah Asset Management (2012-2013), and currently serves as Director of PT Trimegah Asset Management since July 2015.
Has more than 25 years of experience in Accounting, Finance and Capital Markets. Held position as Senior Auditor at Prasetio,Utomo & Co. (1997-1999), and various senior positions at Samuel Securities (1999-2009). Joined PT Trimegah Sekuritas Indonesia Tbk as Head of Strategy and Performance Reporting in 2010.
Earned Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting in1997, and Master of Science in Management in 2015, both from Faculty of Economics and Business University of Indonesia. Holds Fund Manager License No. KEP-95/PM.211/PJ-WMI/2022 on 7 February 2022 officiated by OJK.
Darmayudha
Indonesian citizen, 37 years old, domicilied in Jakarta. Holds a Bachelor of Financial Management and Banking from Indonesia Banking School, Jakarta. Served as Director of PT Trimegah Asset Management since April 2024.
Began his career in the capital markets as an Investment Analyst at Dana Pensiun Astra from 2009 to 2012. He continued his career as a Budget Analyst at PT United Tractors Tbk in 2012-2013. Joined Trimegah Asset Management in 2013 as an Investment Specialist (2013), as a Fixed Income Fund Manager from 2013-2017 and his last position was Head of Fixed Income Manager (2017-2024).
He is a holder of Investment Manager Representative license (WMI) from OJK No.KEP-105/PM.21/WMI/2013 dated 3 October 2013 that has been extended by OJK No.KEP-517/PM.21/PJ-WMI/2022 dated 4 August 2022.
PT Trimegah Asset Management is Securities Company member of the Indonesia Stock Exchange, has its business licenses, registered and supervised by the Financial Service Authority.
