Indonesian citizen, 69 years old, domiciled in Jakarta. Served as Commissioner of PT Trimegah Asset Management since October 2015.

Has more than 30 years of working experience in the capital markets. Served in various positions in the Capital Market and Financial Institution Supervisor Agency, with the latest position as Head of Compliance of Investment Management Industry (2006 - 2011). Served as commissioner of PT Equator Investment (2011 - 2015), and Member of Audit Committee of Indonesia Stock Exchange (2015 – 2020). He was the Member of Audit Committee of PT Kliring Penjamin Efek Indonesia (2015-2023) and currently served as Independent Commissioner of PT Multi Medika Internasional (2022).

Earned Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from University of Krisnadwipayana, Jakarta in 1984. He holds Fund Manager License No. KEP-103/PM.211/PJ-WMI/2023 on 08 Februari 2022 officiated by OJK.

Agus Dharma Priyambada

Indonesian citizen, 55 years old, domiciled in Jakarta. Served as Commissioner of PT Trimegah Asset Management since January 2025.

Previously served as an Economist in the Research Division of PT Trimegah Sekuritas Indonesia Tbk before joining the Corporate Secretary Division as Investor Relations & Corporate Communications, and then served as Corporate Secretary of PT Trimegah Sekuritas Indonesia Tbk from 2010-2024.

Earned a Bachelor of Economics degree from the Faculty of Economics, University of Indonesia, majoring in Money & Banking, and International Economics, and a Master of Science in Economics, majoring in Monetary & International Economics from the University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign, United States.

He holds a license as an Investment Manager Representative from BAPEPAM-LK, based on the Decree of the Chairman of the Capital Market and Financial Institution Supervisory Agency No.: KEP-134/BL/WMI/2012 dated June 28, 2012, which has been extended under the Decree of the Board of Commissioners of OJK No.: KEP-553/PM.21/PJ-WMI/2022 dated August 22, 2022.
